MUGA

TATNOKAWA Muga Platinum Bottle Junmai Daiginjo Seasonal Limited Quantity
The Six Elements of "MUGA" (無我=Selflessness) in this Sake: Unfiltered – bottled as-is, without filtration Undiluted – rich and full-bodied as it's pure genshu Unpasteurized – fresh, as it's namazake (unpasteurized sake) No added carbonation – preserving the natural effervescence No delay in bottling – bottled immediately on the same day it is pressed We passionately pursued and perfected a fresh and flavorful taste with No distractions in our quest for excellence.
TATENOKAWA MUGA Series: The first release in the series, the Platinum Bottle, uses 100% specialty cultivated Miyama Nishiki, grown by our contracted farmers in Yamagata.
The refined sharpness of the acidity is beautifully balanced with the sweetness of the rice, creating a light, refreshing mouthfeel that allows the rich umami of the rice to shine through.
The bottle features a sleek, platinum - colored finish with a matching logo on the label, reflecting the elegance and quality of the sake itself.
1. The inner stopper may pop out forcefully when you open the aluminum cap. Please exercise caution when opening the bottle.
2. The stopper is more likely to pop out if the sake is not sufficiently chilled or if the bottle has been shaken. Be sure to refrigerate the sake properly and allow it to settle before opening.
3. If storing the sake after opening, keep the bottle upright in the refrigerator. There is a risk that the stopper may pop out and spill if the bottle is laid on its side. To prevent this, we recommend covering the cap with plastic wrap and securing it with a rubber band as an extra precaution.
