BAR Yoko Grapefruit Sour
Made with two different varieties of grapefruit, juiced whole with peel using the comminuted juice method.
The natural bitterness adds depth to the flavor, while a touch of Junmai Daiginjo sake enhances the aroma—creating a sour designed to satisfy a refined, adult palate.
With 47% pure grapefruit juice, it delivers the true color and taste of the fruit itself.
(Please note: Natural oils from the fruit may solidify together with the concentrated juice at the top of the bottle before opening. Be sure to shake well after opening before serving.)
